Our commitment to fair and transparent refund practices.
Eligibility for Refunds
Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the initial payment date for training programs. For IT services, refund eligibility is determined on a case-by-case basis according to the terms outlined in the service agreement.
Training Programs
If you are enrolled in a training program and wish to withdraw, you may request a full refund within the first 7 days of enrollment, provided that you have not accessed more than 20% of the course material. After this period, refunds will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
IT Services
For custom development and IT service projects, refund terms are specified in the individual project agreement. Generally, refunds are not issued for work that has already been completed and delivered as per the agreed specifications.
Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days. The refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction.

Non-Refundable Items
Certain items are non-refundable, including but not limited to: completed training programs, customized deliverables that have been approved by the client, and promotional or discounted items unless otherwise stated.
